Yummy Acai Bowl

This is a favorite even amongst kids. Tastes like fruit ice cream. Perfect for the morning. Quick and easy to make.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen berries of choice
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 4 pitted medjool dates
  • 2 Sambazon acai packs
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Non dairy milk (we use almond milk) add small amounts in increments until ice cream texture is achieved

Toppings:

  • berries
  • unsweetened organic shredded coconut
  • granola (home made preferable or high quality like Manitoba Harvest granola)

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor. Slowly add the non-dairy milk to achieve ice cream like texture, blending until smooth.

Top with toppings of choice.
