Ingredients: Serves 1
- 1/2 cup organic uncooked oats (regular or steel cut)
- 2 tbsp organic dry goji berries
- 2 tbsp organic raisins
- 2 tsp organic ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp organic molasses
- 1 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 1 tbsp organic flaxseed
- 1 small organic apple (optional)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup for sweetness
In a small pot place uncooked oats (add water and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions). While cooking add in goji berries, apple, cinnamon and raisins in the pot with the oats.
Once cooked add in remaining ingredients and enjoy!!
