Cashew Milk

Ingredients (makes approx 2 cups cashew milk)

½ cup of soaked raw unsalted cashews (soak in 1.5 cups of filtered for at least 30 minute, drained and rinsed)

1 cup of filtered water

1 pitted majool date


Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.  Strain through cheese cloth or wire strainer to remove any residual chunks.
