Caine Gilholm

I am a small business owner in the health and fitness industry. I coach endurance athletes and provide fitness assessments and training to individuals looking for health and balance. I have been part of the industry for 22 years.

I have been involved in sport since childhood. I played at the national level football (soccer) in Australia, then moved into triathlon and endurance racing in Ironmans and marathons. I became passionate about health and nutrition while studying cell biology and genetics in university. I quickly began to identify that the answer is in prevention, not the cure. This motivated me to begin reading and thinking about life.

Ashley Gilholm

I have a Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of Manitoba and have worked in a variety of health care settings. I am a certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach from Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition.

I am passionate about health and nutrition, endurance racing and triathlon. Having a history with eating disorders, osteoarthritis, back injury, depression and low self esteem, it became evident that change was needed. I was 65 lbs overweight when I started my journey in 2010. Now, I am 110 lbs, fit and healthy. I no longer have an eating disorder, my osteoarthritis no longer has flare ups and my depression is gone. For change to occur we need to be willing to look at ourselves honestly and move into it. If we are not ready to face our fears and be honest with ourselves then we can never fully move into change. We also have to be willing to accept that what we thought we knew can be challenged, and we need to accept new information with open minds. These are things I have learned through my journey. With a clean plant based nutrition, and an active lifestyle with a loving supportive husband I am the fittest, healthiest and happiest I have ever been.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide a view of a holistic healthy lifestyle, and support those who are seeking information into this lifestyle. The everyday workings of fitting this in with “life”. What to do and what not to do from our own experiences and research we have done. Everyone is different and therefore we understand that not everyone will see what we provide here as valuable. So please take the information you can and see valuable and implement it into your lives. For those who truly desire change and are looking for alternatives and support. We want to help you.
